Vasili: Government scandals are treated as normality, the state is being

Freedom Party MP Petrit Vasili, in a reaction on Facebook, accuses the Albanian judiciary of openly protecting power and legalizing government crimes.

He emphasizes that, while in countries like Greece, Switzerland, Spain or the US officials resign and are investigated for scandals and manipulations, in Albania absolutely nothing happens.

Post:

The legalization of government scandals and crimes as normality by the judiciary is destroying the state!

Yesterday, four ministers and deputy ministers in Greece resigned over a scandal related to EU funds for agriculture.

What about in Albania?

In Albania, for the same scandal, even more serious and flagrant, absolutely nothing happens, nothing at all. No resignation.

Whereas justice does nothing on purpose.

The same justice system that opens investigations and storms into the parliament hall for a parliamentary debate and the throwing of a perfume doesn't lift a finger over such serious scandals where money is stolen openly and everything is treated as normal.

In America, the world is shaken by McGonigal and he is condemned.

What about in Albania?

Justice intentionally does nothing at all, and yet Edi Rama, who is mentioned 14 times in the McGonigal dossier, is not even summoned by SPAK and is treated as normal.

In Switzerland, elections are canceled for 280 votes that are inaccurate and at risk of manipulation.

What about in Albania?

Tens of thousands of votes have been proven with videos and photos to have been manipulated and stolen, and justice does nothing.

Even though Edi Rama committed a flagrant electoral crime by forgiving fines three days before the elections, he has not been summoned by SPAK, not even for a moment, and everything is being treated as normal.

In Spain, vote manipulation occurs in a race within the Spanish Socialist Party, and a judicial investigation begins, and those responsible immediately resign.

What about in Albania?

Not for the elections of a party but not for the destruction of political elections and where the vote of the diaspora is treated in a criminal manner, something proven worldwide, nothing happens and justice in the country that had knocked at the CEC, at our embassies abroad, at the prime minister, at the ministry, at the municipality, etc. behaves as if everything is normal.

Conclusion:

The creation of this "normality" where every scandal and state crime is not investigated and those responsible are not held accountable according to the law is irrevocably destroying the rule of law.

Lawbreakers are calm and amnestied by justice with its actions and inactions, while normal citizens who enforce the law are endangered by rigged trials and robbed of their rights and freedoms.

The government's ranks are crooked and the justice system pretends not to see the guilt and the evidence that is destroying it, while on the opposition side, it makes a fuss and calls the slander a fact.
