New elites don't expect applause, they are built in silence, challenge after challenge.

Can there be new elites when we are stuck with the old elite?

There is much talk about new political elites. But how can they arise, when we often ourselves close the way to any new voice? How can a young person, with dreams and dedication, rise up when faced with internal and external blockades?

 When he is given a task, but his powers are taken away? When he is surrounded by an environment where intrigue has become a way of life, where unity is seen as a threat, and where any honest attempt to build is suppressed with suspicion, distrust, or silence?

This is a painful reality that should not be accepted as the norm.

But again, young people should not give up. With every step we take, with every stone we lay in the foundation of our work, we build not only a future for ourselves, but a hope for others. The road is long and often lonely.

 But every battle you go through shapes you. It makes you stronger, more aware, and more equipped with experience that is not bought, but earned.

Yes, they will want to smear you. They will do it in all forms – using principles that do not actually exist, interpreting everything with the logic of the "strong" and not the right. They will try to silence you.

Are you ready to face this?

You can only cope if you are not alone. Only if those who until yesterday watched everything on the screen decide to leave the remote control on the couch and get involved. To no longer wait for change to come from above, but to understand that every united voice, every heart that dares, changes the course.

There are also those who, just because they are not themselves, do not want to be anyone else. Who sabotage every joint effort, but have not given anything of themselves.

They even have the courage to demand more accountability than someone who has worked hard and sacrificed every day to do something different.

When everything finally seems to be going well, even those who only complain join in the masquerade. In victory or defeat, they always find a reason not to accept a single step forward.

But the truth is this: Change is neither a spectacle nor a magical moment. Change is construction. It is patience.
