Access to the e-mails of 3 SPAK prosecutors, Zamblak Gjonaj remains in prison

Zambak Gjonaj, who is in custody on suspicion of unauthorized access to SPAK's computer systems, will continue to remain in prison.

The hearing to review the security measure took place this Friday, where Gjonaj requested the replacement of detention with a milder measure, arguing that he has not committed any action in the computer systems of the Special Prosecution Office.

However, the court decided to leave the "prison arrest" measure in force indefinitely, rejecting his request.

According to SPAK, Zambak Gjonaj and another citizen, Armand Rrokaj, are suspected of having unauthorized access to the email systems of three prosecutors of the Special Prosecution Office.

The investigations show that the responsible persons were able to obtain some information, but were unable to access the investigative files.

The file also mentions an attempt to penetrate the email of the Director of SPAK, Mr. Altin Dumani, but this attempt was unsuccessful.
