The leader of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, has reacted after the decision of the Criminal Court of Kosovo, which left unchanged the security measure "Arrest with imprisonment" imposed on him.

Meta has described the process against him as a politically directed farce, while he has accused SPAK of interfering and eavesdropping on the courts, on behalf of the government. 

Meta warns that his battle will continue in the international arena, specifically in the Strasbourg Court, but also in Albanian public opinion, where he aims to debunk, as he says, 'the ridiculous claims of the prosecution'.

Meta's reaction

No wonder from the rigged justice system where SPAK eavesdrops on the courts and where accusations are almost always formulated by the tribunes of "Rilindja".

We will dismantle this farce step by step and we will dismantle it in the Strasbourg Court but also in the public debate.

So follow today at 5:30 PM my main arguments against the ridiculous allegations of the prosecution, from the Secretary General, Mr. Tedi Blushi.
