Berisha denounces the scandal: MP Qani Xhafa was investigated by Altin Troplini for a pure civil violation

In his speech in the Assembly, Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha denounced the scandal where MP Qani Xhafa was investigated by Altin Dumani for a civil violation.
