"They are in the Appeal, they need time", the lawyer deceives the injured citizen

Suzana Gega is a citizen who says she was in an accident in 2016 and her daughter was also in an accident in 2018. She has hired a lawyer, Mr. Skënder Allmeta, for both cases. According to Suzana, both trials are in the Appeals stage, while the lawyer has given her an advance of 4 million old lek.

The "Stop" show communicated with the lawyer, who says that the case was won in the first instance and is awaiting trial in the Appeals Court.

On the other hand, in the Court of Appeal, the appeal for Mrs. Suzana Gega is listed, but not for her daughter Sandra Gega. As for the former, the judge in charge of the case, Valbona Vatha, is reviewing the files from 2018.
