Iranian parliament votes to suspend cooperation with UN nuclear watchdog

The Iranian parliament has voted to suspend cooperation with the UN nuclear watchdog, according to reports in state media.

The speaker of Iran's parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, says the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) refused to condemn Israeli and American attacks on Iran's nuclear facilities and has put its international credibility at auction.

Ghalibaf says Iran's nuclear authorities "will suspend their cooperation with the IAEA until the security of nuclear facilities is guaranteed."

According to him, Iran's nuclear program will move forward at a faster pace.
