"The CEC serves the government"/ Këlliçi: Rama seeks

The political leader of the Democratic Party in the Tirana Region, Belind Këlliçi, has described the CEC as an 'annex' in Prime Minister Rama's anteroom.

Invited to Syri TV, Këlliçi said that Rama's party-state has seriously violated the Electoral Code since before the start of the May 11 parliamentary elections, and as such, the legislator who emerged from this electoral process emphasized that the CEC should have stopped this electoral farce of the process.

According to Këlliç, the DP's fundamental task is to raise awareness among the international community about the state led by Ramaduro, who uses the state in his service to influence both parliamentary and local elections.

Këlliçi also focused on the involvement of gangs and organized crime on May 11, who, according to him, have brought out their 'parliamentary group', conditioning Socialist leader Edi Rama on the demands he can present in the Assembly.

Këlliçi: The CEC is an annex in the prime minister's antechamber. It will serve him in a military manner, in an iron-clad manner in his aid. With about 6 thousand legalization permits in the period before the elections, it is prohibited in the Electoral Code. These violations of the electoral code were enough to not maintain this electoral farce of the process. The work of the DP lies in raising awareness of the international factor, in the state led by Ramaduro, it is a state that is put at the service of power in both parliamentary and local elections.

We have a duty to be present in the media every day, in the reports of internationals in the EP, we must be present with facts and evidence with our denunciations. We have seen with voice and image, people who vote 4 times, people who intimidate commissioners, the Bulgarian train, even from the diaspora. We have seen that votes have been sent to the VC of Albanian citizens by Bulgarian train.

So we were not given access to the election administration materials, you will see discrepancies in the tables for the opening of the process and the closing of the vote. All this evidence has led to the preliminary election report, which is the most critical in the spectrum of preliminary reports that OSCE-ODIHR has ever issued not only for Albania, but also in the region.

Rama seeks 'status quo' through gangs, trafficking and organized crime. Gangs are not only in the districts but also with MPs. The criminal corporation in Albania, organized crime has a parliamentary group within the SP, even if Rama does not want to fulfill a request, even though they are co-shareholders, with the parliamentary group that organized crime has that runs the most dangerous cartels on the continent, they have a blocking minority in parliament. The patronage system is the same as with the Venezuelan dictator. This is the standard where Rama has led Albania. Today you have a prime minister who sees himself as a Hollywood actor.
