The murder of Ermir Dedja in Durrës, the investigative file is revealed! What the footage showed

The murder of Ermir Dedja in Durrës, the investigative file is revealed!

The show "Në Shënjestër" on News24, by journalist Klodiana Lala, brought new details this Tuesday from the murder of Ermir Dedja, the 29-year-old who was executed on the evening of May 20 in the city of Durrës, a typical mafia-style execution, where the perpetrators chose to shoot him in the back with a Kalashnikov rifle.

What did the footage at the scene show and how did the crime car move?

According to sources from the show 'Në Shënjestër', what initially made it difficult to comb the area where the crime occurred was the fact that there were no security cameras at the scene, something that the assailants must have known, as they chose this particular area, clear of security cameras, so as not to have any film evidence of their recent movements.

A strange lack of cameras, occurring in a very busy area of the city of Durres with businesses and public institutions.

But while the shooters thought they had committed a clean murder, with no eyewitnesses around, or the eyes of cameras that could bother them, it seems that what betrayed them were several other cameras, placed not far from the perimeter of the crime.

Precisely those of a pharmacy that recorded a strange vehicle constantly moving at this hour of the night in the surrounding area.

The machine gun which later turned out to be the exact one used in the murder of 29-year-old Ermir Dedja.

According to data from the investigative file , " from the preliminary examination of the crime scene, what is found is that there are no security cameras in the fenced-off area of the crime scene."

But after a camera was spotted at the end of the road, a white vehicle was seen moving.

A car moving in the opposite direction, which after going to the end of the road, turns around and enters it again. The vehicle is then observed moving on several axes of the city of Durrës.

The perpetrators had been waiting for him for hours at the exit of "Doktor Paskal Prodani" street, in neighborhood no. 18 in Durrës, until they found the right moment when he was alone and getting into his black BMW vehicle.

Bullets fired behind his body that even pierced the facade of the health center

If it weren't for the late hour when the crime occurred, it could have been fatal even for the doctors at this health center, whose room was located right across from the sidewalk where the 29-year-old was shot.

Where his lifeless body was found, covered in blood, and a pack of Marlboro cigarettes, the last that had apparently accompanied him in this life.

What was clear in this armed attack is that the victim, Ermir Dedja, was completely unprepared to defend himself against such aggression.

Something that was also seen in the personal belongings that were found with him during the search carried out by forensic experts.

Where he was apparently more concerned with getting his daily necessities than creating security for himself.

As was a bag of cannabis sativa, which was found with him in his pocket, but not a weapon that could protect him from the exploits he had created in his daily life, if he had any.

Which showed that the victim wasn't that worried about the shadows following him.

According to the investigative file revealed by the show "Në Shënjestër", "after the investigative group went to the scene, they initially found a BMW vehicle there, belonging to the victim, Ermir Dedja, on whose body, on the side of the back, two bullet holes were found.

One of which had no exit hole. The inspection continued even during the autopsy. It resulted that during the physical inspection of the victim's clothes, a bag was found inside which was a plant substance suspected of being a narcotic plant of the type Canabis sativa, which after weighing resulted in 1.5 grams.

But who was Ermir Dedja and what were his criminal records? Who were the people who were following him to kill him?

Based on his criminal record, Ermir Dedja appears to have had a long criminal record, especially in the field of narcotics, for which he was arrested in 2015.

A soldier with an invisible profile but who may have served in many jobs, on behalf of these criminal organizations.

He was a shadowy figure and did not belong to the well-known ranks of criminal organizations, which made his criminal profile more attractive compared to many similar victims executed earlier.

Although he was not known in media reports for his activity, research into his name leads to an event that occurred in the Shijak area in 2017 where he and his friend were arrested for an injury that occurred in this area.

An event for which he was accused of being a supporter of the author.

Shijak and Durrës itself, which were apparently the areas he frequented the most in his underworld activities.

Where for decades, some of the most dangerous and powerful gangs in Albania have been conducting their criminal activities, operating behind them with numerous soldiers, such as the victim himself, Ermir Dedja./BW
