Berisha responds to Toni Gogu: You were blackmailed in the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee for what was said about the electoral farce

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, accused Socialist MP Toni Gogu of failed representation in the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee, regarding the report on the elections in Albania.

 "This man who is speaking here was blackened, made a fool of in the hall of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament for what was said, whether in the report or in discussions of the most important deputies about the electoral farce in Albania," Berisha declared.

Berisha referred to the statements of MEP Michael Gahler and the report on Albania, which, according to him, emphasized that the country does not hold elections according to standards and that the electoral processes are described as an "electoral farce".

At the end of his reply, Berisha made fun of Prime Minister Rama's influence on Gogu, saying that "Rama took him out three times like an automaton."
