The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in a press conference, published other data regarding the May 11 election farce.

He stated that ballot boxes were stuffed outside and replaced at polling stations.

"Today I have brought here to inform Albanians about the findings in a series of open ballot boxes in the review of the voting materials in these boxes, which is also the main purpose of the DP's requests, I can say that these voting centers that I list here and many, many others, raise strong suspicions that in addition to the Bulgarian Train, the filling and replacement of ballot boxes with other boxes was also used.
Voting center 2247, three ballots were found that were considered invalid, while they were valid. 9 more ballots were found in the ballot boxes than what is declared in the 08 minutes."

Berisha states that the summary strip of voters generated by the PEI device is missing from these ballots.

These two findings show that the box of the voting center 2251 is not the box where the vote was cast. Berisha listed all the voting centers, specifying the lack of ballot papers.

This box is also outside all standards of being a box in which votes were cast in voting center 2263.
Voting center 2274. Again, the report 07 of the opening of the box and identifying the security seals was not found in the box. So this box does not reflect the conditions of a center where voting was held, but the conditions of a box brought from abroad. Voting
center 2283, there is a discrepancy between the unused ballots. In the report 08, 519 unused ballots are declared, while the count shows 310 unused ballots. So there are missing 2019 unused ballots.
