Three minors hit by a motorcycle in Tirana, the driver is left under "house

The citizen with the initials ES was arrested after hitting 3 minor children who were riding a moped on the "Martyrs of the Nation" Boulevard.

1. Validation as legal of the arrest in flagrante delicto of citizen ES, carried out by judicial police officers on 25.06.2025.

2. The assignment of a personal security measure against the person under investigation ES, as a suspect for the criminal offense of "Violation of road traffic rules" provided for by Article 290 of the Criminal Code, that of "House arrest", provided for by Article 237 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

3. The person under investigation, ES, is ordered not to leave his apartment located in Tirana.

4. The immediate release of the person under investigation ES from detention is ordered, if he is not being arrested, detained or convicted of any other criminal offense.

5. The Prosecutor and the judicial police are charged with the implementation of this decision.

6. An appeal may be filed against this decision at the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, within 5 (five) days, this deadline starting from the day after the notification of this decision.

7. It was announced today in Tirana on 29.06.2025.
