Kurti and Vučić "face off" tomorrow in Skopje

A two-day summit is being held in Skopje, North Macedonia, where Western Balkan leaders and European Union representatives are discussing the implementation of the Growth Plan for the region.

Among the participants are the acting Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, who will present their countries' positions in relation to the Growth Plan and regional economic integration.

The Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Hristijan Mickoski, will host a formal dinner for regional leaders and European officials at the premises of the "Winery Kamnik", while ministers and implementing partners will attend another dinner in parallel at the same location.

The main event of the summit will be held on July 1 at the Hilton Double Tree Hotel, where two discussion panels will take place.

The main topics will be assessing the progress of the Growth Plan, presenting new initiatives and promoting economic cooperation between the countries of the region. The summit will conclude with a press conference and an official lunch.
