The issue of the contested law "On Protected Areas" returns to the focus of justice.
Tomorrow, July 1, the Constitutional Court will hold the second session on this law, which according to the opposition, paves the way for unlimited intervention in territories with special environmental protection.
Democratic Party MP Ina Zhupa, through a reaction on social networks, has announced her participation in the session.
She has considered the law "unconstitutional" and a serious threat to the natural heritage and citizens' right to a healthy environment.
