"Epidamn" Boulevard turns into a pedestrian zone, here are the

"Epidamn" Boulevard, or Commercial Street as Durrës residents know it, will be turned into a pedestrian zone starting this Tuesday afternoon. 

From 18:00 to 23:00, traffic and parking of vehicles is prohibited on this axis and this measure will continue throughout the months of July and August.

The measure aims to facilitate the movement of citizens, but also of the many visitors and tourists who come to Durrës to spend their summer holidays.

"As part of the measures for the smooth running of the tourist season, in implementation of order no. 177 dated 27.06.2025 "On the organization of the vehicle movement plan on Epidamn Boulevard starting from 01.07.2025 to 31.08.2025", the Municipal Police informs all citizens that the "Epidamn" Boulevard will be turned into a pedestrian area from 01 July 2025 to 31 August 2025, from 18:00 - 23:00, in order to facilitate the movement of citizens but also of the numerous visitors who come to our city to spend the holidays", said in a statement to the media the Chief of Traffic at the Municipal Police, Ervis Quku.
