The Diaspora for a Free Albania (DPSHL) has welcomed the decision of the High Judicial Council (KLGJ) to approve the electronic platform for submitting online complaints for voters who vote from outside the territory of the Republic of Albania, and whose request to vote has not been approved by the CEC.

We remind you that the number of rejected unique voters according to the official website of the CEC is 48,180 people. According to DPSHL, with this decision, the Albanian diaspora invites every Albanian citizen of the diaspora, whose request to vote has not been approved, to exercise their constitutional right to appeal electronically as soon as possible, avoiding bureaucracy and unnecessary physical barriers.

Diaspora for a Free Albania (DPSHL) salutes and welcomes the decision of the High Judicial Council (KLGJ) to approve the electronic platform for submitting online complaints for voters who vote from outside the territory of the Republic of Albania, and whose request to vote has not been approved by the CEC. The number of unique voters rejected according to the official website of the CEC is 48,180 people.
This decision of the KLGJ comes as a result of a long and unwavering effort by the movement and our supporters to ensure a fair and accessible appeal process for Albanian citizens living abroad.
With this decision, the Albanian diaspora invites every Albanian citizen of the diaspora, whose request to vote has not been approved, to exercise their constitutional right to appeal electronically as soon as possible, avoiding bureaucracy and unnecessary physical barriers. According to the KLGJ decision, voters will be able to send their requests through "by email at [email protected], while the review of these complaints will be carried out within 48 hours, through the "Microsoft Teams" platform, ensuring a faster and fairer process ," the response states.
