We will do this, so that Albanian citizens, after their installation, will pay the cost of the installation for another three years as the price of energy, and then they will have them for free. They will receive the energy for free, they have it from God, they have it from the sun.
A country with 280 days of sunshine, there is no blessed country like Albania.
