On the other hand, I want to express to you an unprecedented situation that exists today in Albania.
Personally, as you have heard, I was convinced that Edi Rama does not make choices and I had said it many times.
A person cannot decide to stay in power by manipulating elections. On the other hand, he has many big problems with the law and has created in Albania a gigantic machinery of vote buying and intimidation of citizens.
This machinery has always been becoming more powerful, bigger. This gigantic machinery is the state of vote buying.
In what way?
In this campaign, he gave all pensioners 100 euros as a gift. Prohibited by law.
I tell you here, when we had elections, we did not increase salaries until the elections were over.
That salary was an annual obligation. But we postponed it until the elections were over. That's the rule. You can't use executive power to get votes.
2 days before the elections, he forgave over 200 million in fines and interest. He procured over 500 million euros during the elections, all prohibited by law.
He employed over 10 thousand people in local and central government during the elections.
All of this to buy votes. He used executive power for legalizations, building permits and property certificates in thousands and thousands of cases, without restrictions.
All of this annihilates the electoral race.
Because, in such a situation, you have a giant in the field who has billions, who has endless logistics, who has endless personnel, with a party that has funding of no millions, or even less.
He does all of this to buy votes in all these ways.
What did we do?
We managed to sanction these in a resolution that was voted 10 days before the elections in Valencia, by the EPP, because that's where we have our group.
But this is one aspect.
In Albania, there is another machine that is the machine of intimidation of citizens.
This machine is made up of serial killers. It is made up of drug cartels that have billions of euros at their disposal. Just one of them has transferred 3 billion euros from Dubai to European banks.
They have endless money.
They are the main decision makers. They appoint ministers. They appoint directors.
On election day, one of my associates says to the EU ambassador: ambassador, he says, there are bandits in such and such a country, they are not letting them vote.
The ambassador replies: the police are behaving like bandits, leave the bandit alone. You are dealing with the police, because the police are behaving like bandits.
And the ambassador said the truth.
The police and the bandits were no longer distinguishable, because they cooperate.
These gangs that exist, one of them is from Durrës. There are two or three in Durrës, but the main one has the port.

These people give pensions, these people set salaries, these people pay, they are the undisputed masters of the cities, even in the villages. These people have complete control over the police chiefs, judges, prosecutors.

Sara Mila, the most unknown person, no one had ever heard of her name, but she was married to someone close to the gang. You will vote for Sara Milan.
And they found the boss campaigning on behalf of Suel Çela, this head bandit.
There is a person in the prime minister's office, his name is Ergys Agasi. He coordinates the gangs.
For example, this guy from Elbasan was also given Korça. He is more powerful, he is rich. Shkodra has the Bajrës who have about 10 or 12 registered murders.
