The current head of the BKH is Aida Hajnaj, who will step down on August 31. The mandate of the head of the BKH is five years and the selection of its head will be made by SPAK. The commission includes Chief Prosecutor Altin Dumani and prosecutors Arben Kraja and Behar Dibra.
