Celibashi: 8% of polling stations opened late

The State Election Commissioner, Ilirjan Celibashi, has presented the current situation of the voting process across the country.

At a press conference, he said that the voting process started late in 8% of polling stations.

"We currently do not have any unopened or blocked voting centers. There are 8 percent of voting centers that opened late, until around 08:00. In 5 percent of voting centers, it turned out that the 7 members were not present. In 5 percent of voting centers, we have reports that there were tensions, the CEC intervened and then the situation stabilized.

"In 5 percent of polling centers, we have non-respect of the 150-meter distance from individuals who have voted and are staying in this area," said Celibashi.
