DP-ASHM leads in Shkodra, over 1300 votes difference with PS

The Democratic Party - Alliance for a Greater Albania coalition leads in the Shkodra region, with 101 ballot boxes counted out of a total of 405 so far, according to data from the CEC. 

The Democratic Party - Alliance for a Greater Albania coalition ranks first with 9,586, representing 40.96% of the votes counted so far, followed by the Socialist Party with 8,261 votes.

The third force is the Social Democratic Party, which has collected 4,401 votes or 18.81% of the total votes.
