Conflict in Fushë-Milot, police issue statement: No shell casings found

The police have issued an official statement regarding the armed conflict in Fushë-Milot.

According to police, the conflict began inside the CEAZ between two citizens and then continued outside. Police say they did not find any shell casings at the scene.

"In Fushë Milot, outside the perimeter of the polling centers, a verbal conflict occurred between two citizens, where, according to a caller, a noise similar to gunshots was heard.

Police services immediately arrived at the scene, where an inspection of the scene did not find any shell casings or other illegal items.

Following investigative actions, the persons involved in the conflict have been identified, specifically citizens KP and A. Ll., and work is underway to locate and escort them.

The voting process continues normally in all polling centers and no police intervention has been requested by the VCCs or Security Coordinators.

"The investigation team, located at the scene, is continuing its actions to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident ," the police announced.
