Florenc Çapja requested to exercise his right to vote, here is the 

The Tirana Court has rejected the request made by Florenc Çapja to grant him permission to vote.

The decision was given by Judge Ina Hoxhaj, as it carries a life sentence.

159 requests for "voting permission" have been filed with the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Tirana, of which 137 have been accepted.

All judges of the Civil Chamber of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Tirana were ready to accept these requests, with the exception of judges with a medical report and those with leave previously approved by the President.
