An incident was recorded today during the voting process at VC 1122 in the Maqellarë Administrative Unit, Dibër.

According to A2 CNN , a verbal clash occurred between representatives of the Socialist Party that later degenerated into physical violence.

According to sources at the scene, Socialist Party candidate Danjel Gjura is said to have punched Florian Lazri, a water utility employee, during a debate that is believed to have taken place regarding electoral activities and influence over voters. Lazri is said to have been supporting candidate Agron Malaj.

The incident occurred inside the premises of the voting center, in the presence of citizens and members of the electoral commission. Immediately after the incident, the police were called to the scene to take statements from the parties involved and to initiate investigative actions to fully clarify the circumstances.

As of the publication of this information, the Socialist Party has not yet given an official response regarding the case.
