Celibashi: Photographing votes is punishable by 3 years in prison

State Election Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi exercised his right to vote at the "Kushtrimi i Lirisë" school in the capital.

After the vote, Celibashi spoke to the media where, among other things, he said that taking pictures of votes by voters is punishable by a minimum of 3 years in prison.

"Photographing the vote will receive a response from justice. Minimum three years in prison for those who photograph the vote. Not only politicians but also voters must understand that they have a responsibility,"  said Celibashi.
