The political leader of the Tirana District, Belind Këlliçi, spoke from the patronage hideout that was discovered in the former Blloku area in Tirana.

Këlliçi called on the Police and the SPAK Task Force, which according to him is non-existent, to investigate this pure electoral crime, since state administration officials were in that office.

"It's the PS electoral office, we received a complaint for electoral crime, buying votes with money. We came to make the findings on the ground, there were 6-7 people working with lists and laptops, they pulled and closed the door. They took the map and things and ran away.

Why not put on a hood and grab his bag and run away?! Erion Braçe claimed that it was his work office, his personal office. I found an aggravated situation and someone who was defending Braçe has a significant criminal record. What happened is unprecedented and I called the police 6 times. The state police patrol did not come. I called the Tirana Police Chief, as he could have gone into confrontation with the situation, but after 30 minutes he came.

I asked to inspect the office, we go inside and I tell the police that people are running away, while Braçe says he doesn't know them. Let Belindi and the State Police find them. The PD's electrical offices have been taken away, why were we 100 m from the VC, this is 30 meters from Petro Nini. It is unmarked, unbanned. They have been doing illegal activities, they were state employees.

Should the police question these people, state employees, their phones and electoral equipment, as to why they were in this office?! The SPAK Task Force, no one has answered my call. Even Kalaja has called them, and other officials have had no comment.

Why did they run and hide if Braçe says he doesn't know them?! If he has his own electoral office, he should declare who they are, what documents did they have and the office is not declared?!

The deputy director of Tirana Police, the chief of Com 2, has arrived. There were discussions about this situation, and to identify Braçe. A state director is running after him. We found a criminal offense, so we came. The SPAK Task Force, which is non-existent, should investigate this case in flagrante delicto. I will stay until there is a decision to file an official report in Com 2 and the Tirana Procuratorate.
