Citizens from Kosovo have exercised their right to vote in the Kukës region.
Qazim Hoti, 28 years old, from Gjakova, is one of them who voted in the town of Kruma, at the polling center near the Palace of Culture.
Qazim was provided with Albanian documents two years ago and emphasizes that voting is his legal right.
"I came to vote, it's my right. Legally I have the right. I voted so that young people don't leave, so that they stay in their place," he told A2CNN.
