The prosecution calls the 'strong' members of the SP

While figures close to the Socialist Party remain untouched by justice, the Prosecution has initiated criminal proceedings against the Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka.

According to the official announcement, the Specialists for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crime at the Tirana Police Department, after communicating with the Prosecution, referred to the materials where the proceedings were initiated for Noka, for the criminal offense of "Threat/rape against election participants".

The complaint was filed by citizens Xh. A., 29 years old, and MD, 33 years old, who claim that they were prevented and threatened by Noka in Vora from exercising their right to vote.
