Prime Minister Edi Rama and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku through a joint press conference announces that the winning company that will build the Vlora airport has been announced.

It is reported that the winning company is a merger of companies registered in Switzerland, Mabco Construction (Mabetex Group) (50%); YDA - Group (48%); 2A Group LLC (2%), where the value of the investment is 103,966,030 Euros.

Rama said that the basis of this consortium is the company with the Albanian flag of Behgjet Pacolli, which he said we have the opportunity to place before the responsibility of honor in relation to the Albanian people. 

"Having a partner like Behgjet Pacolli, we have the opportunity to put before him the great responsibility of honor in relation to the whole people, and to be free from any obstacles of the nature of relations with foreign companies, which can be just as much. good, but at a certain moment they become cold, deaf, blind in the face of the demands you may have " , said Rama.
