Interference in prosecutors' emails, Hoxha: It was not hacking, they were

Journalist Artan Hoxha spoke about the hacking that SPAK said occurred with the emails of several special prosecutors.

Invited to Euronews Albania, Hoxha said that it is not about hacking, but about an internal intervention with the aim of avoiding the consequences that may come later.

The journalist said that a data theft occurred within the system.

"There is talk of hacking, but there is no hacking. Hacking is when the system is interfered with from the outside, so the system has not been affected from the outside. No one has entered SPAK. If this had happened, there would be justification because even the most intelligent services in the world today have been hacked from the outside."

There have been such attempts, but in this case we do not have an external attack on SPAK. The word hacking was deliberately introduced to avoid all other consequences that may come. This was done with the aim of moving away from what is the real essence of this story. We are dealing with a data theft from within the system, nothing happened from the outside.

The reason why the part of theft within the system was tried to be avoided is to show that there is a clash between SPAK members within this institution. This is one of the elements, due to the different positions they have. So the rivalry that is developing within SPAK.

"There is an internal investigation creating this problem. The materials that were stolen are more than those that were leaked. Those who took this action that leaked the data, did the first testing. They wanted them to take it to the media, publish it by taking it to two journalists ," said Hoxha.
