The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, during his speech at the United Trade Unions Conference, stated that Albanians will very soon understand the extent of the theft and abuses that are taking place in the country.

He harshly criticized the government for the distribution of wealth and the misuse of public funds, emphasizing that this system is harmful to every citizen and does not respect the merits of hardworking people.

Berisha added that the opposition will continue the fight to reduce taxes and create better conditions for businesses and employees, offering a vision for a dignified Albania, where every citizen will have the opportunity to contribute and create well-being.

Yes, dear friends, very soon the Albanians will see, they will understand how cruelly they have been robbed.
You are witnesses, salaries were doubled, low pensions were doubled, 11 thousand kilometers of roads were built and the budget was half of today's budget, because we left it to business, we had low taxes.
We will still go with lower taxes.
But these things that happen cannot be imagined.
These people share their wealth with themselves, with their wives, with their families, with their brothers, with their sisters, with their in-laws, and then the road is built at a price 10 times higher, even more.
The ring road is built for 17 million euros per kilometer, at a time when the Fier bypass was built for 2.8 million euros per kilometer, just as wide.
Meanwhile, the ring road, the segment that was built by us, with all the works, cost a total of 3.8 million euros per kilometer.
And this one takes it, cuts it, and shreds it as if it had its own property with 14 contracts to steal the maximum in each contract and then doesn't come out for pensions. Then it says we'll roll over if we increase pensions. Of course, when it steals in this way, it despises and disgusts people.
But this ends on May 11.
