A fight was recorded yesterday afternoon in Durrës, where 5 people violently clashed with each other, the cause of the fight being a car accident.

Police authorities report that yesterday, at around 18:50, the vehicle driven by a BiH citizen collided with the vehicle driven by a citizen Altin Kraci.

After the collision, citizen Altin Kraci and his 2 brothers Edison and Robert Kraci were involved in a physical conflict with citizens BH and Agim Hasanbelliu. The Blues of Durrës have arrested 4 of them, while another is wanted.

More specifically, the following citizens have been arrested:

Altin Kraci, 42 years old, Edison Kraci, 36 years old and Robert Kraci, 32 years old (brothers), for the criminal offense of "Intentional minor injury", committed in collaboration;

Agim Hasanbelliu, 22 years old, for the criminal offenses of "Intentional light injury", committed in collaboration, "False declaration" and "Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth";

Meanwhile, a 63-year-old BiH citizen has been declared wanted for the criminal offenses of "Intentional minor injury", committed in collaboration, and "Destruction of property";

It is also reported that citizen A. Zh., 35 years old, resident of Durrës, the administrator of a bar in front of which the conflict occurred, has also been prosecuted at large for the criminal offense of "Acts that hinder the discovery of the truth".

"Citizen Agim Hasanbelliu, during the performance of procedural actions, did not tell about the circumstances of the conflict and about the citizens involved, while citizen A. Zh. removed and hid the DVR of the premises' security cameras, in order to hinder the Police's investigative actions." - the Police announced.

 

The procedural materials have been passed to the Durrës Prosecutor's Office for further action.
