Berisha: We will establish the lowest tax system, the water bill will be halved

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, guaranteed small businesses that they will have electricity for 6 lek, while emphasizing that the water bill will also be halved.

The leading democrat referred to the tax system, promising that it will be the lowest tax system.

Berisha: What has happened in Albania, friends? What has not happened in any other country. What? Minimum wages have remained minimal, maximum wages have become super-maximal. There is no democratic country that does this. Stalinist mentality.

This used to happen in dictatorships. The chairman of the presidium received 32 thousand lek, the cleaner of the presidium received 4.5 thousand lek. In the USA, the average salary and the president's salary differ by 4 to 5 times, not more. Not only there, everywhere.

And in Albania 10 times, 11 times. It's over! The high salaries will stay there, but we will increase the low and average ones. The average salary will go to 1200 euros and I guarantee you that this race will not stop until we are paid better than all the citizens of the Balkans. Because we are the richest.

Because no other country has our fabulous assets. Because we will strongly ignite 'Made in Albania'.

Imagine for a moment the territory of this highland. What fabulous riches? What world-famous riches has nature and God given to this land? Are there better quality products than in this highland? Absolutely not! Where are its sons, working on farms in other countries that do not have even half of these products. So let's get back to production. Let's establish the lowest tax system. I guarantee small businesses that they will have energy for 6 lek, that the water bill will be halved, that the Tonins, Becs, or others will never dare to raise those taxes, sometimes even 10% of turnover. They will never be able to tax small businesses more than 1% of turnover.
