Today's SPAK operation also executed the security measure "prison arrest" for Hajdar Bako, otherwise known as "Dari i Elbasani".

Hajdar Bako alias Çopja was arrested in May of this year in Dubai after he was sentenced to 4 years in prison by the Court of Appeal in Durrës for the criminal offense of "Deliberate serious injury".

The name of Hajdar Bako appeared in the file of the defendant, Nuredin Dumani. Bako appears as one of the orderers for the physical elimination of his rivals.

Dumani has testified that the group of Erjon Alibej alias Agim Shurbi with the nickname "Krymi" and the group of Hajdor Bako alias (Çopja), called "Dari" for short, have competed to eliminate each other.

"Nuredin wrote to him that he would kill him, but he did not know who Erjon Alibej was; Keli told him that he would give him 2,000,000 (two million) euros and would hand over Talo Çela if they did this; when Nuredini asked him to give him an advance of 1 million euros and to find and hand over Erjon Alibej, he said "seriously", and passed the phone to Hajdar Çopja that, together with Franc Copja, he and Erjon Alibej are aware the organizers of the murders of Erjon Alibej's family members; Hajdar Çopja agreed to give him 1.5 million euros just to give him proof that he could kill Erjon; Nuredini I insisted that he did not know him, but nevertheless had information on where he could be found; after that Erjoni himself continued the written communication with Çopja, until Çopja passed the phone to Kel Kamami to continue with him; as suggested by Erjon Alibej, he gave Kel Kamami a 10-day deadline to hand over Talo Çela, otherwise Emiljano Ramazani would be killed, and when he mentioned that his cousin Regis would also be killed, he said that he had many cousins ​​and "didn't think of him", so he told him "kill him if you want and make him a cannon", says the investigation file of SPAK.
