'Fabrication of parallel lives in the people of dictatorship' / Drama

"Kapterr Behari", is the play that will be staged at the Metropol Theater on September 9-12. Written and directed by Stefan Çapalik, "Kapterr Behari" is a drama that deals exclusively with the way of fabricating parallel, secret lives created in the people of the dictatorship. 

The play has a concert character in the sense of the two aesthetic behaviors of the artists on stage. The actors who will go on stage are Ervin Bejleri, Naum Shundi and Enisa Hysa.

Below is a summary of the drama "Kapterr Behari":

Kapterr Behari, in charge of agitprop welfare in Burrel prison, reads Enver Hoxha's books and daily newspapers with a loudspeaker of political prisoners.

Meanwhile, Peter, a veteran prisoner sentenced to 25 years in prison, is occasionally charged by the prison commander with translating top secret material on behalf of the Party Central Committee. To do this he is released from one of the three prison cells. A typewriter and a pile of papers are made available to him.

Liza, the downtown club bartender, unmarried and in the eyes of all the men of the city, sexually captures captive Behar.

Kapterr Behari, curious what Peter is translating falls into the trap of the romantic subject of the British consul notes in Tirana. From that time, Lieutenant Behari begins to experience the book history with flesh and blood and at the same time begins a parallel life, trying to project the female character of the consul notes on the figure of Lisa. 

Since that day, Kapterr Behar's visits to Peter's cell have become so frequent that even the prison authorities stand out. It also limits the time to read the works of Enver Hoxha and other political literature. From this the pressure increases. Kapterr Behari can not cope with the repression and one night decides to commit suicide.
