The Democratic Party-Alliance for a Greater Albania has addressed an urgent request to Ilirjan Celibashi, the State Election Commissioner, this morning, shortly after the start of the voting process.
For the knowledge of the OSCE-ODIHR, the DP-ASHM has pointed out problems such as the lack of stamping in some voting centers or the ink being easily erased after voting.
For this reason, the DP asks Celibashi to take immediate measures.
