There are some food combinations that can be detrimental to health, as they do not complicate the digestive system.

Sandwich and coffee

When you do not have time, a quick breakfast is a common solution. Where you eat cheese and coffee sandwiches, you say goodbye to all the healthy properties.
Carbohydrates in bread prevent proper digestion of calcium. Moreover if you add coffee, it will not have any benefit for your health at all.

Tip: If you want to consume cheese sandwiches, at least try to replace coffee with white or green tea.

Tomatoes and cucumbers

This is a very used combination for a summer salad. However, recent research shows that the combination of these two vegetables may mean that the vitamins contained in both vegetables will not be digested properly.

Tip: Eat tomatoes and cucumbers separately. For example, today you can make a salad with tomatoes and greens, and tomorrow a salad with cucumbers.

Potatoes and meat

And who can resist a steak with chips? Unfortunately, this is a very heavy food combination. When consumed together, they become difficult to digest and can lead to disorders such as heartburn, stuttering, gas and many more.

Tip: As a side dish to meat, choose starch-free vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, or zucchini.

Beer and peanuts

Everyone likes to eat peanuts when drinking beer. However, foods high in salt when combined with alcoholic beverages are not only unhealthy but also lead to dehydration.

Tip: When drinking any alcohol, keep water or soda close to avoid dehydration.

Milk and bananas

This food combination is widely used, especially in a breakfast meal.
However, fruits, especially sweet ones, are advised to be eaten separately. They stay inside the body longer, slowing down the digestive system, especially when eaten with other foods. As for milk, it is also healthy to drink vemas.

Tip: Eat bananas between main meals.
