DP writes to SPAK, requests information on investigations into electoral crimes

The Democratic Party has sent an official letter to the Special Prosecution Office. The DP requests information from SPAK on how many investigations have been launched into electoral crimes.

The DP also wants to know how many of these investigations launched are SPAK's initiative and how many are due to denunciations.

In January 2025, SPAK established a task force dedicated to investigating electoral crime. We have also learned that SPAK has entered into a cooperation agreement with the CEC for the investigation of electoral crimes. Today, two months after its establishment and a few days before the official election campaign begins, we request information on the following:

How many investigations has SPAK initiated for electoral crimes from January 2025 until the day of your response?
How many of these investigations have you initiated on your own initiative (mainly) and how many have come as a result of denunciations/reports?
