The Special Court extends the investigation against Arben Ahmetaj for the "Buka sha" case by another three months.
The request for an extension of the investigation made by SPAK has also been agreed to by the defense. The next hearing is on July 2, 25.
The 55-year-old is accused in this case of a signature issued in 2014 that paved the way for the privatization of the company through an auction of state shares.
Arben Ahmetaj is also being investigated in the incinerator case for the crime of corruption, concealment of assets and money laundering.
