The Chairwoman of the Parliamentary Laws Committee, Klotilda Bushka, has left SPAK after staying for about 4 hours at the premises of the Special Prosecution Office.
After leaving, she made no comments to journalists, while her lawyer Henrik Ligori told the media: "No comments, no charges."
She was taken under investigation by the Special Prosecution Office following the arrest of Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj a few days ago, and is accused of obstructing the truth.
SPAK suspects that the SP MP influenced witnesses who were called to provide clarifications to the Special Prosecution Office, regarding the file against Veliaj and his wife Arjola Xoxa.
