Democratic MP Luan Baçi declared that Minister Belinda Balluku is the most dangerous gang in the Fier District.

Baçi said that it was unnecessary to organize criminal gangs or people in trouble with the law, as the political leader of the Fier District, Belinda Balluku, was enough, who, together with her corrupt team, decided on everything in this district, through pressure and blackmail, as long as she had the administration with her.

According to Baçi, Balluku, together with former Tax Director Ceno Klosi, have manipulated the vote, due to unimaginable state intervention.

There was no need at all in Fier to organize gangs or individuals with more problems with the law. In Fier, Balluku's gang acted differently. Before May 11, it had taken over the district and descended on Fier with a whole gang of dangerous bandits, with a corrupt team, starting with Ceno Klosi, with connections to businesses that had problems with the law, descending to the Fier District, and a considerable number of the administration even brought the civil registry to Fier so that they could vote there.
