A preliminary hearing against former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj was held today at the Special Court regarding the investigations into the "Buka" file.
SPAK has completed the investigations into Ahmetaj, suspected of the criminal offense of "abuse of office" in connection with the "Buka" file.
The Special Court gave the defense until July 17 to provide its conclusions on the new investigative actions carried out by prosecutor Elvin Gokaj.
Ahmetaj has been charged with "Abuse of office", as he is suspected of causing economic damage to the state worth 7 billion lek.
