A 48-year-old man in Durrës was forcibly taken into a car by 4 citizens. These citizens then used violence against the 48-year-old man.

The police inform that the persons involved in this case are citizens AK, 27 years old, KK, 31 years old, JK, 35 years old and SP, 27 years old, all residents of Durrës.

Meanwhile, the 48-year-old is under the care of doctors and out of danger.

Immediately after the report of citizen DS, 48 years old, that 4 citizens had taken him by force, in a vehicle, and raped him, the services of the Durrës Police Commissariat organized the work to identify and bring the perpetrators to criminal responsibility.

As a result of the investigative actions, the citizens involved in this case have been identified, specifically AK, 27 years old, KK, 31 years old, JK, 35 years old and SP, 27 years old, all residents of Durrës. Intensive work is being done to capture them, as well as to document the circumstances of this case.

Meanwhile, the 48-year-old is under the care of doctors and out of danger.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further action.
