In the Agriculture program, opposition leader Sali Berisha promised that the state will cover 80% of the interest on loans that farmers will receive for the development of their farms, such as greenhouses, nurseries, livestock, and other agricultural sectors. This financial support will help farmers develop their activities and cope with financial difficulties they may have during the investment process.

The subsidy amount will not be as much as France and Germany, but it will be as much as Kosovo and Macedonia, which is now 5 times larger than in Albania.
