Valdimir Topjana was executed by gunfire in Italy on Sunday evening. The perpetrator is Roger Shota, 34. He was in the vehicle with his father Pren Shota.
Italian media report that the incident is suspected to have occurred over an issue related to the ownership of a land in Albania.
The murder occurred after an argument between the perpetrator and the victim. Initially, they physically clashed with each other and then the conflict escalated into a shooting.
Topjana was at a bar with his son and some relatives watching a football match. While the victim was talking to a relative, it is reported that an Audi vehicle arrived nearby and the perpetrator got out.
