He leaves the car to his friend for 43 thousand euros for two weeks, he sells

Gabriel Këputa denounces in the editorial office of the show "Stop" his friend Olti Klosi, to whom in 2015 he left the "Mercedens S Class" car worth 43 thousand euros for several weeks, until he returned from Belgium, where he had lived for 33 years. After returning, Olti first avoided him and then told him that he had left the car hostage for 12 thousand to Saimir Halil.

"In 2015 I left for Belgium and I left my "Mercedens S Class" type car to a friend of mine. At that moment I leave for the airport and tell my friend, take the car, keep it and at that moment I will come back you will give it to me again. So much so that they don't leave him in the airport parking lots. The value of the car at that time was 43 thousand euros. I come back from Belgium and I call him if he is going to the airport to pick me up and I don't get out.

I tell him to come because I'm coming, I go and meet him and he avoids me. After 3-4 days, I barely meet him and tell him to bring me the car and find me in all kinds of ways. So much so that the moment came when I asked him and he told me that I sold the car. He had sold the car to another person, sale in the black. Debt work, I was told that the person who had bought it had bought it for 15 thousand euros. I met the person and he told me I'm very sorry, I don't know you at all, I bought this car. At this moment that we are talking, the car is still in my name and I have the ownership papers. I don't know how he bought it without documents."

Gabriel makes a denunciation and the case goes to the Prosecutor's Office in the hands of prosecutor Bilbil Mete. The latter blocked the car on behalf of the whistleblower, but left it in storage to the buyer, who had illegally taken it from Saimir Halili.

"I went to make a denunciation in 2015, the car comes and is blocked by the police. The case goes to the prosecutor's office and I tell the prosecutor that I want a meeting and prosecutor Bilbil Mete does not give me any kind of meeting. I met him and he told me 'I know you very well, you are a street man from Belgium, but come on, we will deal with you very well'. I asked him about the car how it will be done and he told me that you will never take a car until I am a prosecutor."

Judge Ervin Pollozhani gave Gabriel the right, coming out with the decision to return this vehicle to the owner in 2016. The decision took final form and was forwarded to the State Enforcement of Tirana. The bailiff blocked the debtor's account and another vehicle owned by him, but he could not find the "Mercedes".

He asked the police to block the vehicle by taking it out into the "Alert" system. But the police did not react and the vehicle continued to receive fines in Tirana, in the amount of about 5 million old lek even though it had to be blocked, after it had gone out on "Alert"./ TvKlan
