"The scandal with the lists of jobs in exchange for votes", Bardhi takes the evidence against Balluk to SPAK

"The scandal with the lists of jobs in exchange for votes", Bardhi

The DP candidate in Fier, Gazment Bardhi, has made a strong statement on Facebook, emphasizing that he has submitted irrefutable evidence to SPAK for electoral corruption by Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku and her associates in the Fier district.

He cites a detailed list of names and other data, which according to him, includes promises of employment in the state administration in exchange for electoral support. Bardhi calls this a serious violation of the Criminal Code and demands immediate action by SPAK to investigate and punish those responsible.

Bardhi's post:

Today I have submitted to SPAK irrefutable evidence of electoral corruption by Belinda Balluku and her electoral gang in the Fier region. I would like to thank with gratitude the honest socialists of the SP Headquarters who report the violations because they cannot accept electoral crimes as a way to keep a degraded government afloat.
A complete list of hundreds of names, generated by the Socialist Party electoral headquarters, in which, in addition to the name, patronymic, surname, the voting center, education, previous employment, position in the SP structures or campaign engagement, as well as the promise to be employed in a position in the state administration or the workplace where the person has been appointed in this election period, is noted.
To illustrate with an example from this list, without damaging the investigative secret: "Citizen S.Ll., with a pedagogy education, previously employed at Albpetrol, chairman of the Socialist Organization at Voting Center 2983/1, seeks employment at DPSHTRR or director at the Municipality." The database also records the message left for employment or the fact whether or not the person has brought the electoral employment documents.
In this specific case, we are facing the consumption of the criminal offense of "Active Corruption in Elections", in the form of promising jobs or employment to support the Socialist Party and its candidates, for which the Criminal Code provides for a prison sentence of up to 5 (five) years.
SPAK has the golden opportunity to prove how serious the strategy and the Task Force it has set up to combat electoral crimes are, by carrying out today the identification and arrest of the persons responsible for this criminal scheme, starting from the political leader of the Socialist Party for the Fier region and each of her subordinates, part of the electoral gang, which has turned Fier into a place of major corruption and flagrant illegality for several months now. So far, unfortunately, SPAK, apart from announcements about the opening of an office or the donation of some computers by the OSCE, has not shown any real commitment to crack down on electoral crimes that are consumed before everyone's eyes every second in the Fier region.
This case proves that Edi Rama, Belinda Balluku and the Socialist Party have not only not given up on electoral crime and corruption, but have already raised it to another level, directly buying the will of Albanian citizens. Some with cash, some with permits and licenses, others with legalizations or ownership certificates, others with jobs, somewhere with criminal pressure on businesses, and someone else with pressure from criminal groups. Anything and everything to keep the corrupt government in power and to prevent rotation.
But, Edi Rama, Belinda Balluku, the Director of ALPETROL, the Director of Taxes and every one of their servants in corruption and illegality should know today that they will receive exemplary punishment for all their acts, while no maneuver can stop the great change that has begun across the country for a Great Albania.
