Here's why you should no longer vote for the Socialist Party after 12 years

The Democratic Party's candidate for deputy in Dibër, Përparim Spahiu, has listed in a Facebook post the reasons why the Socialist Party should not be voted for after 12 years of government.

He called for voting for the DP and gave numerous programmatic reasons to convince Albanians to do so.

Message:

Why should you no longer vote for the Socialist Party after 12 years of government?

1. Mass depopulation

Since 2013, over 700,000 Albanians have left the country. They found no hope, no work, no way to live with dignity in Albania.

2. Rising cost of living

Food, energy and fuel prices have increased significantly, while salaries and pensions remain among the lowest in the region.

3. Failure to bring about real development

Albania has remained in a backward position, and has even regressed in education, health, agriculture, and European integration.

4. Lack of checks and balances of power.

The government controls all municipalities and parliament, silencing any critical voices and eliminating any democratic balance.

5. Corruption in every sector

From customs to healthcare, from tenders to justice, corruption has become the norm.

Why the Democratic Party?

• Because it has a clear economic plan: 10% flat tax, lower VAT, direct assistance to families in need.

• Because it proposes concrete solutions:

– Consumer Card for pensioners

– Employment and vocational education facilities for young people

• Because it guarantees accountability and real separation of power, not arrogance and institutional capture.

• Because it offers a government with young, honest people willing to work for the citizens, not for the oligarchs.

• Because Albania deserves more than poverty, depopulation and injustice.

Vote for the Democratic Party, vote for change, dignity, and hope.
