Berisha: First, a message to the Albanian diaspora, which has been the soul of this electoral campaign.
My call is that any of them who can come to vote on May 11th, do a historic service to their country and nation.
May 11th is the defining day of the future of the Albanian nation.
Hundreds of thousands of emigrants registered to vote, but an organized disorder was observed in two places with the post office, which has an authoritative, good name, but which displayed the greatest irregularities.
I wish and hope that this will not discourage, but on the contrary, encourage every Albanian citizen abroad who can come these two days and vote at the polling stations, it would be an extraordinary service, a unique opportunity given to them to serve the country.
