SPAK action in Shkodra, cell phones, money and lists of citizens' names are

Intensive checks have been carried out in Shkodra, as part of an investigation into electoral crimes.

The police officially announce that thanks to this operation, checks were carried out on six people and nine of their vehicles, where money (in euros and lek), fuel stamps, mobile phones, documents and lists of citizens' names were seized.

Intensive work in collaboration with SPAK, to prevent and combat crimes in the field of elections.

The first phase of the police operation codenamed "Promise" took place in the Shkodra district.


In cooperation with the BKH, decisions for personal and vehicle checks were implemented against 6 citizens.

Cell phones, money, and lists of names of citizens found on these citizens are being seized.

The Directorate for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, in cooperation with the National Bureau of Investigation, the Directorate of the Special Operational Force and the Shkodra Local Police Directorate, following the intensive work done throughout the country to prevent and combat electoral crimes, conducted today, in the Shkodra district, the first phase of the police operation against electoral crimes, codenamed "Promise".

Within this phase, the execution of the decision of 07.05.2025, of the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime, for the physical search of 6 citizens and 9 of their vehicles, specifically citizens FV, ​​BL, DD, SZ, BH and ZD, residents of Shkodër, Bushat and Vau i Dejës, was carried out;

-vehicle owned by citizen FV;

-vehicle owned by citizen BP;

-vehicle owned by citizen DD;

-vehicle owned by OSHEE, used by citizen SZ;

-2 vehicles owned by a BiH citizen;

-3 vehicles owned by citizen ZD

From the checks carried out within the framework of this operation, 7 mobile phones, various documents, a sum of money (euro and lek) and fuel stamps were seized.
